1. What information we collect and how is it used?
We collect information to provide better services to our users by fixing reported problems and improving least visited areas of our services.
1.1 Automatically Collected Information
In case of an error or bug in our applications we collect data and information through Google Firebase Crash Reporting on your device called log data. This log data may include information such as stack trace, device type, operating system version, the configuration of our applications at the time of crash, the time and date of crash, and other statistics. This data does not include any sensitive information that could be used to identify you.
Websites – Our Websites does not use “cookies” explicitly. However, we may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collection information and to improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Services.
Our applications requests certain permissions that allow it to access device data. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, please refer to the device settings or contact us. Please note that revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of our applications.
Phone Permission (READ_PHONE_STATE) – Used for accessing a host of typical features associated with telephony. Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any Phone Accounts registered on the device. we are using this permission to detect incoming phone call to pause audio or lower volume.
Storage Permission – Used for accessing shared external storage. we are using this permission to save and restore backups and to work with audio files on external storage.
